MCSK Hosts Current Affairs Festival 2026
MCSK successfully hosted the Current Affairs Festival 2026 today organized by the General Knowledge and Current Affairs Club. With the theme “Think Beyond Facts, Lead Beyond Limits,” the festival brought together students from nine leading educational institutions of Khulna.
The participating institutions and topics were: Cantonment Public School and College Khulna, Jahanabad (Bangla Version)—Misinformation and Disinformation in Social Media; Navy Anchorage School and College—Traffic Congestion and Road Safety Challenges in Bangladesh; MCSK—Youth Unemployment and Skill Gaps in Bangladesh; Noubahini School and College Khulna—The Future of Work: Artificial Intelligence and Job Transformation; Lions School and College Khulna—The Rohingya Crisis; Cantonment Public School and College Khulna (English Version)—Water Scarcity and Transboundary River Challenges; South Herald English School and College—Global Food Waste Versus Rising Hunger; Islamabad Collegiate School Khulna—The Growing Mental Health Crisis Among Teenagers Worldwide; and Khulna Public College—Iran-USA-Israel War: Its Impact Around the Globe.
The event was graced by Rear Admiral Arif Ahmed Mostafa, NUP, ndc, afwc, psc, BN, Chairman, Mongla Port Authority, as the Chief Guest. The teams were evaluated by a distinguished panel of academics from Khulna University, Khulna Agricultural University and BAUST Khulna.
MCSK emerged as Champion, with Islamabad Collegiate School Khulna and Cantonment Public School and College Khulna (English Version) securing First and Second Runner-up respectively.
